Aims
The aims of this team training programme are information, communication and education. The intention is to link more effectively with one another during daily business in future. The content of the communication tools already prepared in theory shall be imparted and implemented in step with actual practice. This shall occur within the framework of a criminal case, which the group shall be expected to solve themselves. The desired communication mechanisms shall be utilised within the content of the training and will leave the participants with so-called »relevant moments« which they will be able to recall during their working life, in order that the subject matter learned can be utilised systematically in everyday life.
Communication Tools
The results gathered by the different teams are compiled, combined and considered. So-called »relevant moments« provide the overall intense team process with positive support and ensure effective implementation in the company.
The communication tools are integrated in the scenes and knitted in with the group as a whole as well as within the individual teams. An ideal scenario would involve an internal trainer observing your group and providing feedback on completion of the event.
